Answers to Top 6 FAQs {Magic Action Cohort}

I'm answering your top questions about the Magic Action for Multi-passionate Creative coaching cohort

#1 ~ “What’s a Creative Coaching Cohort?”

A group coaching program where a small, select group of multi-passionate creatives come together for 6-months to:

  • Get clear on the vision for your creative dreams

  • Create a weekly plan of action to know exactly which steps to take to move your creative ideas out of your head and into the world

  • Learn, practice and master the ability to cultivate the mindset and strengthen the creative habits needed to build confidence and create whatever you want from now on

  • Experience the joy, freedom, fulfillment, self-worth, satisfaction and sense of purpose that comes with intentionally turning your creative vision into your reality

#2 ~ How does the weekly group coaching call work?

You’ll gather with the other members of the cohort for instruction, guidance and coaching.

The opportunity to learn from the coaching that other’s receive is just as important and valuable as the individual coaching you’ll receive.

It’s an expansive experience that gives you access to thoughts and solutions outside the realm of what is currently known to you.

A rising tide lifts all boats and the more joy and success one of us creates in the cohort ~ the more we all do!

Honestly, work attracts the most lovely, heart-centered, positive, creative, smart, talented, soulful humans on the planet. You’ll be in very good company.

And, I work diligently to intentionally create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and kind energy in the group where all members will feel safe, welcome and seen.

# 3 ~ How much individual coaching will I get?

In order to ensure everyone has access to all the personalized attention and coaching you need, I’m intentionally limiting the size of this group to a maximum of 10 people.

This is not one of those coaching programs where you’ll be one in a sea of hundreds or even thousands ~ where you rarely if ever have the chance to be coached at all.

Between the group coaching call, Magic Action Dates and Facebook group ~ you’ll have the opportunity to be coached every week.

Your cohort membership also includes one 45-minute 1-1 coaching session.

#4 ~ “How much time will be spent in the Facebook group? I’m not on Facebook often and don’t really want to be.”

We’ll spend the majority of our time together on our weekly live group coaching calls, Magic Action Dates and special events.

NOTE: Though we meet via ZOOM for all calls ~ during our Magic Action Dates ~ you’ll be off-screen to dive into your creative endeavors.

The Facebook group acts as a back-up space to house printable Magic Action materials ~ which will also be shared by email.

It also provides easy access to the recorded replays of our coaching calls. (These may also be accessed directly by Youtube instead if you prefer.)

It’s also a place you’re free to bring celebrations, struggles and ask for coaching in-between our weekly calls. (Again, this is optional.)

In other words, you can absolutely get everything you came for and will not miss out on anything if you choose not to be active in the Facebook group.

#5 ~ How do the Magic Action Dates work and are they required?

The Magic Action Date is a guided, 75-minute co-creation, accountability session.

Though attendance isn't required, you’ll have access to two of these each week.

These Magic Action Dates are so valuable and popular that I’ve added a second time to each week in this cohort.

This means in addition to your weekly 60-minute group coaching call ~ you’ll have access to not one, but two, 75-minute Magic Action Dates per week.

You can come to one or both every week they’re offered!

This means THREE opportunities each week to enjoy scheduled, focused, supported time to take action on, enjoy and make progress on your creative endeavors.

Structure of a Magic Action Date:

• During the first 11 minutes I kick off our date with a brief message or lesson.

• Next we set our specific intentions and pledge to ourselves and each other that for the next 53-minutes we give ourselves permission to focus on the ONE thing we’ve chosen to do (whether it be work on or play) and not multi-task.

• I set a timer for 53 minutes. Then we all mute our video and sound and begin to work or play on our chosen endeavor.

• After the 53 minutes has passed, I call us all back together to wrap up.

• For the final 11 minutes or so of the date ~ where we share wins and struggles and I offer coaching.

# 6 ~ Will there be homework or weekly course work? I’m already so busy I don’t want to add more to my to-do list.

You'll use the tools and techniques you learn within the cohort combined with the coaching you receive to accomplish more of the things on your to-do list that relate to your creative vision.

Things that usually slip to the bottom of your list.

The time and energy you spend in the cohort will all be in service of turning your creative dreams into reality.

Not to add more extraneous stuff to your to do list!

Though you’ll have access to prompts, exercises and experiences that will help you do this, again, I’ll reiterate there's no busy work or homework to turn in.

This is a coaching group ~ not an online course.

You’ll learn and practice using the Magic Action Plan and applying a myriad of Magic Action Methods to your creative vision into your new normal.
