It’s been so fun to coach and support Magic Action creativity coaching cohort member Laura to help her completely transform her career path.
Here’s a snapshot of her non-linear creative journey since we began working together:
Worked a full-time marketing job and had dozens of creative ideas calling to her
Spent time playing in possibility for which creative direction to pursue
Chose to focus on painting murals
Started part-time endeavor ~ “Twin City Murals” on the side while still working full-time in marketing
Created website, business cards, advertising, social media for mural business
Began signing clients and getting mural commissions
Shifted to full-time mural artist & part-time marketing job
Signed more and more new mural clients and earned repeat business
Quit marketing job to go full time with murals
Renamed her business “Laura Margo Murals & Custom Art”
Growing her business and loving her life
All of this creative growth Laura's experienced hasn’t been a total cakewalk.
